Hasbrouck Heights Residents, 18 and older, with a valid photo ID and a valid Hasbrouck Heights Library card in good standing (no fines above $10 or any overdue items) are now eligible to check out a museum pass. Courtesy cards are not accepted.
Walk-ins are welcome, but passes are not guaranteed without a reservation. Please make a reservation online, over the phone, or in person to ensure that the pass is available on your preferred day.

Pass gives free, expedited admission to 2 adults and 2 children (17 and under).
Complimentary audio guides. 20% discount in the Museum Store.
Pass allows free admission for 2 Adults and 2 Children under 12.
$5 off additional admission tickets. 10% off in the Museum Gift Shop.

Up to 2 single-use vouchers are permitted per household per year, while supplies last!

Pass allows free admission for 6 guests.
Pass allows access to the Research library on the 2nd floor, which has 3,500+ aerospace titles. Not valid for special events (i.e. Open Cockpit, Wings & Wheels, etc).

This institution only offers a discount; there are no passes to borrow.
Each Museum Pass may have different admission rules. Patrons may need to reserve tours and visits directly with some museums. Review each pass for details on how many people can enter per pass at the point of reservation.
Patrons are responsible for verifying museum hours, days of operation, closure dates, directions, parking availability, and any costs associated with special exhibits.

Reservations, Loan Periods, Returns
Passes may be reserved by phone, in person at the Circulation Desk, or on Museum Key via our website. Walk-ins are welcome, but passes are not guaranteed without a reservation. Please make a reservation to ensure that the pass is available on your preferred day. Patrons may reserve museum passes up to 60 days in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are limited to one pass at a time per household, and only one pass per museum may be reserved per month.
Passes are loanable for 3 days, including the day the pass is to be picked up and the day the pass is returned. However, if the pass is picked up on a Friday, it may be returned on Monday because the library is closed on Sunday. There are no renewals.
If a pass is not picked up on the 1st day by the library’s closing time, the reservation will be cancelled.

Museum Passes must be picked up at the Circulation Desk. Patrons are responsible for returning the Museum Pass and any accompanying materials in the same condition as they were loaned. Be sure to check the Museum Pass list of contents to confirm all items are returned.
Museum Passes must be returned at the Hasbrouck Heights Public Library Circulation Desk. Passes may not be returned to the book drop. Museum Passes may not be returned to other BCCLS libraries. Please return your pass on time so that the next reservation may be honored.
Cancellations, Late Fees, Lost Passes
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel a reservation will disqualify patrons from making any reservations through the rest of that month.
A late return will incur a charge of $5.00 per day and the patron will be temporarily banned from borrowing museum passes for 30 days. Patrons who continually return passes late may be subject to suspension from the program. Passes not returned directly to the Circulation Desk are subject to a fine of $10.
Museum passes not returned within 4 days will be considered lost, and the patron will be charged the replacement cost set by the museum or institution. Additionally, the patron will face a 60-day suspension from borrowing passes. If a patron loses more than one pass, they will be permanently suspended from the program. The library reserves the right to limit and/or ban borrowers who repeatedly damage, lose or incorrectly return Museum Passes.
